Solicitations issued by the SMA Project in the form of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or Requests for Quotes (RFQs) are targeted toward specific needs or capabilities for carrying out the program plan developed by the program’s Steering Committee.
CURRENT SOLICITATIONS: Currently, there are no open RFPs or RFQs. Individuals who sign up for the SMA Project ListServ will automatically be notified within 24 hours of the release of any new SMA Project solicitation.

SMA PROJECT AWARDS
SMA Project Awards are made to successful Offerors in the form of subcontracts to SAIC. Subcontracts awarded under this program will be in compliance with the provisions and spirit of the Principles and Guidelines for Recipients of NIH Grants and Contracts on Obtaining and Disseminating Biomedical Research Resources (64 FR 72090, December 1999), and the Bayh-Dole Act (35 USC 200, et seq.).
